Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Withdraw, Transfer & Refund Policy In order for the studio to be set up for the event registration must occur 3 days in advance of the event. If you are interested in registering less than 3 days before the event please contact the studio at 717.685.1681. There will be an extra free of $5 to accommodate the last minute set up. Withdraw If you withdraw from class a minimum of 30 days before the first day of class, you will receive a refund less a $30 administrative fee. If you withdraw from class 15 days before the first day of class, we will withhold a $30 administrative fee & then you will receive a 50% tuition refund. Cancellation If the studio must cancel class, you will receive two days' notice and a 100% refund on your tuition. Transfer Transfer to another camp a minimum of 30 days before the start of the camp originally registered for as long as there is availability in the new camp. ​ Cancellation policies to change without notice.
