All camps: $35 per participant
1st Child - $35, $32 for each additional child registered in same camp in same family

- Camps alternate between our Little Kid & Big Kid Camps and Big Kids Camps.

Please dress-for-a-mess and wear closed-toed shoes!

Safety first please- Children should not wear sandals or flip-flops in the studio.

Story and snack time are included. If a child has dietary concerns, we ask the parent to provide their child with an appropriate snack and inform the staff of any allergy concerns.
Regarding COVID-19 procedure:

Due to the lifting of mask mandates in schools, the SPLAT staff will not be required to wear masks during summer programming.

We leave it up to parents to decide whether they would like their children to wear masks at camp.

Snack: Apple Slices
In this camp, students will explore stations as they learn about working with clay. Stations will include painting, working with playdoh, and making components of the clay apple. Instructors will guide students through creating and glazing a three-dimensional clay apple.
Week Three & Four - Sandcastles

In this camp, students will explore stations as they learn about working with sand clay. Stations will include working with sand clay, painting with sea sponges, and building with sea shells. Instructors will guide students through creating a sand castle scene.
Week Five & Six - Dragon Drawing and Taco Sculpt

Art Skills: Drawing, Coloring, Sculpting

Snack:
In this camp, students will explore stations as they learn about drawing and sculpting. Stations will include building a paper taco, drawing and coloring, and a clay practice. Instructors will guide students through drawing a dragon and sculpting a taco out of polymer clay.
Week Seven & Eight - Pigeon Suncatcher

In this camp, students will explore stations as they learn about making a pigeon suncatcher. Stations will include wire bending, cutting paper strips, gluing. Instructors will guide students through building a pigeon shape out of wire and filling the form with rice paper.

In this camp, students will explore stations as they learn about combining elements to make a collage. Stations will include painting the collage form, paper cutting and ripping, and gluing. Instructors will guide students through designing and making a seahorse collage.
