Join Us- Spring Classes Start March 20th 2025!

Spring 2025's Learning to Think Like an Artist & Mastering Media's CommUNITY Arts Exposure is scheduled for Friday, April 4 from 9:00 to 11:00 am and will be done in partnership with Mrs. Jen Kuntz, Assistant Professor of Education at Lebanon Valley College to provide educational programming that is mutually beneficial to both groups of students.

In short, LVC students who are education majors will come to the studio and SPLAT students enrolled in either of these 10-week classes will advocate for their visual arts education by teaching the college age students lessons in art making. This is always a challenging and rewarding experience that SPLAT students talk about for years to come!

Families enrolled in SPLAT's Spring 2025 Learning to Think Like an Artist & Mastering Media will need to file an educational release form with their child's school for an approved absence from school that morning. More info will come to those registered in the classes.

Inclement Weather Policy

If the Annville-Cleona and/or Derry Township School Districts are released early or closed due to weather conditions, the studio will also be closed and art programming will be rescheduled. Due to scheduling constraints, make-up classes may not be offered the same night and time as the originally scheduled class. Best efforts will be made to allow for the majority of children to participate in the make-up class. Notification of cancellation and make-up classes will be posted on SPLAT's Facebook page and an email will be sent to participating families.
