SPLAT DVI Events

All events take place at 1669 East Derry Road, Hershey, PA 17033

SPLAT is hosting events this fall to raise money for Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon County. Donations support Meg Walter, Artist in Health, as she engages sheltered families in art making opportunities.

Adult 21+ Flower Collage Fundraiser
October 15th from 5-7

Collage making instruction will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring snacks and beverages of their choice.

Donors making a monetary contribution of $75 or more receive:

A Flower Collage in shades of purple for the advocate to decorate.

  • The kit donation also includes a mosaic/or other art kit for an individual being sheltered by Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon Co. (mosaics are for children 6+ through adult). Art instruction for the art kits will be provided under the direction of Meg Walter working as an Artist in Health.

  • $15 of $75 donation goes directly to DVI of Lebanon County. $60 of the $75 donation provides an art kit and instruction to an individual being sheltered by Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon Co.

  • Donors will receive these mini kits by their choice as a take-home or in studio experience. The in studio event will take place from 5-7 on October 15th.

  • Art Kit distributions to donors will begin on October 1st. Donors may pick up their kits in the studio if they plan to make them at home.

  • SPLAT asks that participants who complete the flowers collages at home bring them back to the studio by October 23rd to be displayed in a community support ribbon. Makers may claim their flower collage on Sunday, October 30 at the family event or after.

  • Kits can be purchased by dropping off or mailing your donation to the studio (1669 East Derry Road, Hershey, PA 17033). A receipt will be provided by DVI and will be available when you pick up your art kit /attend the Adult 21+ Flower Collage DVI Fundraiser.

    • Please make your payment to DVI of Lebanon County and Mark the Memo "Artist in Health"​

    • No credit card payments will be accepted. Please ignore the payment method field at the bottom of the registration form.

  • Important Info: If you plan on making a donation for the flower collage art kit, please register using the button below even if you will not be attending the event on October 15th.

Family Event - Includes Flower Collage Fundraiser and Artisan Sale

Join SPLAT at this Family Event to support DVI of Lebanon County. The event includes a flower collage fundraiser and an artisan sale.

  • Collage Art Kits will be available for $21.99 (10% donated to DVI), as well as space to create their flowers in the studio.

  • Artisans will sell a variety of handmade items. Proceeds from the artisan sale will benefit Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon Co.

  • DVI of Lebanon County Executive Director, LeAnne Burchik will be at the event to provide educational materials.

Artisan Sale is open to the Public!
Drop by between 12-5 to support artisans and DVI of Lebanon County.

Lisa Haldeman

Lisa Haldeman is a local, self-taught fiber and polymer clay artist whose miniature dolls and whimsical wool creations have been displayed and sold at craft shows, galleries, and online stores for 18 years.

Bob Chaundy and Julia Holzman of CHL Ceramics

Bob Chaundy is a self-taught potter with over 50 years of experience. He specializes in functional stoneware and porcelain ceramics. Julia Holzman, Bob's student and studio assistant, creates functional and decorative ceramic pieces along with many other handmade products.

Cyndi Coakley with Mary Kay

As an Ambassador for the Mary Kay Foundation, Cyndi Coakley knows the importance of opportunities to raise awareness for Domestic Violence.  Working in a relationship based industry for over 20 years, primarily with women, Cyndi has first hand experience to seeing women in need.  Cyndi will be provided a 2 minute Spa-like treatment for your hands during the event as a reminder of the important of self care and raising awareness about domestic violence resources and awareness.  During the event, a portion of all proceeds will be given to support DVI.
