From 9:30 am to 11:30 am

In this class, students will select winter themed ceramics to design a layout and paint with glaze. Instructors will teach students how to create different patterns, shapes, and colors for one of a kind designs.

Crazy Creative Collage

from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

 

In this class, students will select an animal image as a focal point for their collage design. They will learn to layer various art materials such as paint, paper, fabric, sequins and more to illustrate their unique creative flare. Using color and collage embellishments, the students will emphasize their selected animal as the focal point of their work.

Winter Camps

Winter Camps - ages 6-14

In these camps, participants make a specific, predetermined project. These camps allow students to explore and learn how to create with the artistic processes and mediums involved in the creation of each project.

Lunch Bunch

Have your artist(s) stay at SPLAT for Lunch!

In the hour between our morning and afternoon camps for kids and teens, we spend an hour eating, playing games, and creating.

  • Lunch bunch hour takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday that our Kids and Teens camps are held from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

  • Artists who are enrolled in both the morning and afternoon camps during the same week are automatically registered for Lunch Bunch free of charge. These children should not be registered using the button below.

  • Artists who are enrolled exclusively in a morning or afternoon class can be registered to stay for Lunch Bunch for just $12 per day per child or $30 for all 3 days. Click the button below to register your child(ren) for Lunch Bunch. Checkout will prompt you to register for either an AM or PM Camp if you purchase individual dates (up to 2), or - purchase all 3, or you can also buy a "plan" for $30.

    • When registered for Lunch Bunch, morning camp pick-up time shifts to 12:30 PM instead of 11:30​ AM

    • When registered for Lunch Bunch, afternoon camp drop-off time shifts to 11:30 AM instead of 12:30 PM

  • Please Note:

    • Families must provide lunch for their own children.​

    • Please remember to label your child's lunch before bringing it to the studio.

    • If lunch boxes are left at the studio, they will be donated after our last camp is held.

Inclement Weather Policy

If the Derry Township School District is released early or closed due to weather conditions, the studio will also be closed and art programming will be rescheduled. Due to scheduling constraints, make-up classes may not be offered the same night and time as the originally scheduled class. Best efforts will be made to allow for the majority of children to participate in the make-up class. Notification of cancellation and make-up classes will be posted on SPLAT's Facebook page and an email will be sent to participating families.
